The KAW106 Temperature Transmitter (with Thermowell) is specifically designed for industrial temperature measurement. It is suitable for monitoring the temperature of various media including liquids, gases, and steam in industrial production processes such as chemical engineering, power generation, and metallurgy. This transmitter can accurately measure the temperature inside equipment like reaction vessels, pipelines, and boilers, ensuring the stable and safe operation of the production process.
It features a high digital precision of up to ±0.01ºC and an accuracy level of 0.075%F.S. or 0.1%F.S., meeting the requirements of various high-precision temperature measurement scenarios. With a long-term drift of less than 0.1 per year, it provides excellent stability. The product supports multiple output methods such as 4-20mA, Hart, and Profibus-DP. It has a standard power supply of 24V (a special power supply range of 9-45V is applicable for explosion-proof environments), an explosion protection rating of ExiaII CT4, and a protection class of IP66/67, allowing it to operate reliably in harsh industrial environments. Additionally, it has a self-diagnosis function, which facilitates maintenance and troubleshooting.
