KTG184 Natural Gas Process Analysis System

Introduction

The KTG184 analysis system is specifically designed and manufactured for the online analysis of CO₂ and dew point (DP) after natural gas purification. Its features are as follows: The pipeline valves are all designed with stainless steel. It can conduct online detection of the CO₂ content and DP value. The CO₂ instrument intuitively displays the data on-site. At the same time, it outputs a standard 4-20mA current signal, which can be connected to a computer, a remote display or a recorder, enabling remote control or connection to an automatic control system for unattended control. The human-machine interface adopts a 320×240 dot-matrix touch display with a small viewing angle, which is intuitive and eye-catching. The touch buttons and full Chinese menu operation make it easy to understand, simple and reliable. When unattended, it can record the CO₂ content and DP value at regular intervals. The stored data can reach up to 3,200, and a curve display is also provided.

The CO₂ sensor in this detection system uses an imported infrared sensor, and the dew point sensor uses a Vaisala dew point sensor, which have reliable performance and a long service life. The signal processing system adopts a highly integrated intelligent single-chip microcomputer system, including components such as analog-to-digital conversion, digital-to-analog conversion, analysis and processing, and function output. The system has a good human-machine interface, with simple overall operation and convenient maintenance.

This detection system adopts a multi-stage pretreatment system, including pressure reduction, voltage stabilization, flow stabilization, filtration, etc., and is equipped with standard gas. The gas pipeline fittings are made of all stainless steel. Its high reliability ensures that the system can accurately and stably detect the components of the sample gas.
