KTG183 Calcium Carbide Furnace Tail Gas Analysis Complete System
Introduction
The KTG183 calcium carbide furnace tail gas analysis system is a high-performance product designed and developed according to the characteristics of calcium carbide furnace tail gas analysis. It can quickly and online analyze the calcium carbide furnace tail gas in harsh field environments and realizes the automation and intelligence of the analysis process. The system can automatically extract the sample gas. After the sample gas is dedusted by the sampling probe and undergoes secondary dehumidification in the pretreatment unit, the sample gas in the pipeline enters the analytical instrument through the sampling valve for continuous online analysis and outputs a standard current signal. In addition, the system periodically executes the backflushing program to ensure the long-term stable operation of the sampling unit. Combining with the successful application experience in the calcium carbide furnace tail gas analysis industry over the years, the designed and implemented continuous online tail gas analysis system has the following characteristics:
(1) Advanced Technology and Good System Stability
The development of the system is closely integrated with the actual situation of the closed calcium carbide furnace processes at home and abroad. It comprehensively uses advanced foreign sampling and pretreatment technologies, and has reached the advanced level of similar foreign devices in terms of advancement, applicability, reliability, and safety.
(2) Close to Application and High System Reliability
To ensure the high reliability of the system, while adopting advanced technologies, a number of innovative designs have been carried out in line with the characteristics of the industry application. For example, the analysis cabinet of the system uses a constant-temperature electric tracing heating system, which effectively solves the problem of blockage caused by the freezing of condensed water in pipelines and components in winter. The backflushing cabinet and nitrogen boosting device specially designed for the sintered microporous sampling probe made of stainless steel fiber greatly improve the backflushing effect of the sampling probe. Based on the compressor condenser and the peristaltic pump for sewage discharge, the control program for sewage and drainage has been optimized, effectively improving the effect of sewage and drainage. A series of innovative designs effectively ensure the high reliability of the system.
(3) Complete Functions and Strong System Operability
Based on years of industry application experience, complete system functions have been designed and implemented, and a high degree of automation has been achieved. The system uses an OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC) as the central control unit of the system to complete functions such as automatic internal and external purging of the sampling pipeline and probe of the device, automatic 巡回 sampling switching, and partial fault self-diagnosis. In addition, the system control uses a reliable and stable touch control screen. The good human-machine interface gets rid of the constraints of the traditional button control mode and enhances the operability of the system.
(4) Modular Design and Small System Maintenance Volume
According to the requirements of the complete system, the system structure layout adopts the structure of an analysis cabinet (or an analysis room), realizing the modular design of the system function units. This not only simplifies the on-site installation and debugging but also effectively enhances the reliability of the system, reduces the maintenance volume of the system, and can complete the "turnkey project design".
