Introduction

The KTG180 furnace gas process analysis complete system is a newly developed intelligent detection system by our company, which mainly measures the oxygen content, hydrogen content and dew point content in various heat treatment furnaces/annealing furnaces (each component is combined according to the user's requirements).

System Features

  • It can simultaneously detect the oxygen content, hydrogen content and dew point, and the detection results are intuitively displayed in the form of data.
  • Various components simultaneously output standard 4-20mA signals, which can be connected to a computer and a remote display for remote monitoring.
  • The human-machine interface adopts a 128×64 dot-matrix liquid crystal display. It has a small viewing angle, is intuitive and eye-catching. The touch buttons and full Chinese menu operation make it easy to understand, simple and reliable.
  • It has control contact output, over-limit self-alarm (buzzer) and external ports such as RS-232 (optional).
  • The system uses an imported long-life sampling gas pump, ensuring that the system can smoothly sample and analyze within about 50 meters of the sampling tube.

All kinds of sensors in this detection system are imported from abroad, with reliable performance and a long service life. The signal processing system adopts a highly integrated intelligent single-chip microcomputer system, including components such as analog-to-digital conversion, digital-to-analog conversion, analysis and processing, and function output. As a result, the system has a good human-machine interface, simple overall operation and convenient maintenance. The gas circuit system includes a filtering sampling system, a sewage discharge system and an air extraction pump, ensuring that the system has a stable flow rate and clean sample gas, so that the system can accurately and stably detect.
