Introduction

The KTG113-C oxygen analyzer is a high-precision on-line detection and analysis instrument for oxygen content in inert gases, developed by our company by combining imported zirconia detectors with the latest microcomputer processing technology.

It is applied to the on-line analysis of oxygen content in nitrogen production from air separation, chemical processes, protective gases in high-temperature sintering furnaces for magnetic materials, protective gases in the electronics industry, as well as in the glass and building materials industries.​

Instrument Features​

  • Integrated design, featuring small size, light weight, simple structure, and reasonable layout.​
  • It adopts imported zirconia detectors, with high sensitivity and fast response speed.​
  • Equipped with a 128×64 dot-matrix liquid crystal display, which can simultaneously display parameters such as oxygen content, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.​
  • It has a timed automatic storage function, allowing users to view stored data at any time.​
  • The upper and lower limit control points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.​
  • Alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.​
  • It has an alarm function for temperature out of control.​
  • It is equipped with a standard RS232 or RS485 communication port, enabling two-way communication with a computer.​
