Quartz flexible accelerometers, functioning as uniaxial torque feedback devices, employ mass detection to identify external acceleration signals. Following detection, these signals undergo demodulation and amplification through a servo circuit, resulting in an output current signal that is directly proportional to the detected acceleration. Widely utilized in aerospace for high-precision navigation systems, as well as in inclinometers for oil drilling and strapdown inertial navigation systems in geological exploration. Key components include a differential capacitance sensor, a detection mass pendulum assembly, an electromagnetic torque device, and an electronic amplifier. Acceleration along the sensitive axis triggers a positional shift in the detection mass, detected by a position detector. This signal is then transmitted to the amplifier, which activates the force generator to reposition the detection mass to its original state.
