KVS100 Series Vibrating Fork Liquid / Solid Level Switch
Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensing rod gradually decreases from the front end to the rear seat, no error signal will be generated when the material in the tank and the barrel are stacked upwards, touching the base of the sensing rod (rear) or discharging.
The tuning fork generates mechanical vibrations under the excitation of a piezoelectric crystal, and the vibration has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is submerged by liquid or solid, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switching signal.
