KPH500 PH/ORP sensor,Compact, flexible and easy to use,black PVC,gray meter host,water quality test.
Production Introduction
The PH/ORP meter is a precision meter used to detect the pH/oxidation-reduction potential of liquids. It is designed with a microcomputer based on the principle of the primary battery and is simple to operate and easy to maintain. Not affected by color, turbidity, colloidal substances, oxidants and reducing agents, it is suitable for the determination of various media such as clean water, wastewater, industrial water, chemical reagents, etc., and is widely used in agriculture, environmental protection and industry.
The sensor uses a composite electrode, which can eliminate the influence of the inconstant "K" value,
A long-term, stable and accurate measurement of PH is realized. The internal structure of the sensor is shown on the right.

Q&A
1.How to choose the right pH buffer?
Calibrating a pH electrode usually requires two buffers of different pH values. First, find out what the sample's pH is
Then select the appropriate buffer to calibrate: a buffer with a lower pH than the sample and a buffer with a higher pH than the sample.
Standrd sort | Reference temperature | The buffer group |
chinese/JJG 119 | 25℃ | 1.680 4.003 6.864 9.182 12.460 |
MT(USA) | 25℃ | 1.68 4.01 7.00 10.01 |
MT(EUR) | 25℃ | 2.00 4.01 7.00 9.21 11.00 |
Japan/JIS Z 8802 | 25℃ | 1.679 4.008 6.865 9.180 |
2.How to activate the electrode?
If the performance of the electrode degrades, the electrode can be regenerated by immersing the glass film in the electrode regeneration liquid.
Then clean it carefully with deionized water!
If the electrode glass film is damaged, it cannot be activated and regenerated.
3.How long is the electrode life?
The life of the pH electrode is related to the properties of the measured sample, the temperature of the sample and the frequency of use, and the maintenance of the electrode. In normal use,
Under the condition of proper maintenance, the pH electrode life is about 1 year.
4.How to deal with the salt deposit attached to the electrode?
Clean the salt deposits attached to the surface with distilled water. If sediment cannot be washed off the surface, contact customer Service.
5.Is pH 2.5 skin safe?
On the other hand, using highly acidic (pH 2.5 or lower) or alkaline (pH 8 or greater) products causes a more significant disruption in skin's pH, so it takes skin longer to get back to normal. During this extra time, skin is vulnerable to factors that can trigger breakouts, signs of eczema, redness and sensitivity.
