Compact Shear Beam Compression Load Cell Strain Gauge Of Alloy Steel

Introduction

The cantilever beam weighing sensor, also known as a shear beam weighing sensor, typically features a cuboid shape with the strain area positioned in the center. Equipped with two fixed holes at the tail end and a pressure attachment at the front end, it is designed to bear substantial weight. Typically arranged in groups of three or four sensors, their signals are collectively processed and transmitted to the measuring instrument through a signal and conditioning device to display the measured values.

The sensor's elastomer adopts a shear or bending cantilever beam structure with one end fixed, providing versatility for bearing and measuring various tensile and compression forces. Key features include dustproof sealing, a broad measurement range, high precision, stable and reliable performance, as well as straightforward installation and use.

This sensor is applicable to electronic weighing, various industrial automation measurement and control systems, with applications including automotive press fit, automated assembly, 3CS product testing, new energy product assembly, medical testing, robotics, mold assembly, and other industrial testing and control systems. It is characterized by a low profile, small deflection, and is made of stainless steel for enhanced durability.
